Private commissions are created around your story, subject, or inspiration. You may request a particular theme, color palette, portrait, historical reference, literary influence, or other meaningful details. Each design is developed individually, and final pricing begins at $225 and varies according to complexity, materials, and timing.

Each set is individually handcrafted. Production typically takes 2–3 weeks after your sizing has been confirmed and all design details have been approved. Shipping time is additional. More intricate private commissions may require additional time, which will be discussed before your order is finalized.

Your first press-on nail order includes a complimentary sizing kit when needed. The kit will be mailed within three business days, with instructions for selecting the best fit for each nail. Once you return your sizes, your set can move into production.

If you are local to Manchester, New Hampshire, you may instead book a Custom Press-On Fitting & Consultation at Over the Moon. This 30-minute appointment costs $25; your press-on set is purchased separately. Your nail profile will be saved for future House of Moonlight orders.

Yes. Your nail sizes will be kept on file for future orders. Because sizing can vary between certain shapes and lengths, we may ask you to confirm your fit when selecting a different nail style or if your natural nails have changed.

Every order includes detailed application instructions. For the best fit and wear, begin with clean, dry nails and follow the preparation steps carefully. Application typically takes 10–15 minutes and may be completed using nail glue or adhesive tabs. Nail glue is not included and must be purchased separately.

Wear time depends on your application method, nail preparation, and daily activities.

• Nail glue typically provides 1–2 weeks of wear.
• Adhesive tabs typically provide 1–3 days of wear and are ideal for special occasions or short-term use.

Press-on nails should not damage healthy natural nails when they are applied and removed correctly. Never pull or force them off. Follow the included removal instructions and allow the adhesive to soften fully before gently lifting the press-ons.

Soak your nails in warm, soapy water with a small amount of cuticle oil, then gently loosen the press-ons around the edges. Never pull, pry, or force them off. Repeat the soaking process as needed until the adhesive releases. Detailed removal instructions are included with every order.

Yes. With careful removal and proper storage, House of Moonlight press-on nails can be worn multiple times. Gently remove any remaining adhesive from the underside before reapplying them, taking care not to damage the artwork or structure of the nail.

House of Moonlight currently ships throughout the United States and to select international destinations. Available shipping options will appear at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country.

Shipping time is separate from production time. Once your order is complete, delivery within the United States typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the destination and carrier. International delivery times vary. Carrier delays are outside the control of House of Moonlight.

Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been packaged and dispatched. Please allow a short time for the carrier’s tracking system to update.

Because House of Moonlight press-on nails are made to order and sized specifically for each client, all press-on nail sales are final.

Jewelry and other items from The Cabinet may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale. Custom, personalized, one-of-a-kind, and sale items are also final sale.

Please contact House of Moonlight before returning an eligible item.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with an item missing, please contact House of Moonlight within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Each concern will be reviewed individually, and we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution. Please keep all original packaging until the issue has been resolved.

Proper preparation and gentle wear will help extend the life of your press-on nails:

• Begin with clean, dry nails and follow the included preparation instructions carefully.

• Avoid prolonged water exposure for the first few hours after application.

• Wear gloves while cleaning, washing dishes, or using household chemicals.

• Do not use your press-on nails as tools to open, pry, or scrape objects.

• After removal, gently clean away remaining adhesive without damaging the underside of the nails.

• Store each nail safely in its original case between wears.
