About
About House of Moonlight
House of Moonlight brings together the nail artistry and creative work of Kelly Mann in Manchester, New Hampshire. At its heart is Over the Moon, a private nail studio offering gel manicures, Luminary structured gel, Gel-X extensions, and custom nail art.
Each studio appointment is reserved for one client at a time, with careful preparation, personal attention, and a finish suited to your style and everyday life. From a simple gel color to detailed hand-painted artwork, Kelly approaches every service with an artist’s eye for shape, color, and detail.
Beyond the studio, The Atelier offers handcrafted press-on nails and private commissions inspired by history, fashion, Gothic literature, and the unusual. The Cabinet holds curated adornments, while The Reading Room explores the stories behind the House.

About the artist
Kelly Mann is the nail artist and owner behind Over the Moon and House of Moonlight. In her private Manchester studio, she combines careful gel services with an artist’s understanding of color, proportion, and detail, creating everything from understated manicures to intricate hand-painted designs.
Her creative background includes a Master of Fine Arts in Costume Design from the Academy of Art University and a Master of Letters (MLitt) in the History of Dress and Textiles from the University of Glasgow. Her scholarly and artistic work has been featured in museum exhibitions and is held in private collections.
That same eye for detail shapes her custom press-on nails. Drawing on antique garments, Victorian mourning traditions, Gothic literature, and fine art, Kelly turns historical inspiration into miniature works of wearable art.
What sets us apart:
House of Moonlight exists for those who feel at home among candlelight, old books, velvet, antique portraits, and midnight gardens.
